The silent movement provides mechanical precision timing with an easy-to-operate rotary adjustment, producing a crisp and pleasant sound when turned counterclockwise. Note that it is recommended to use a No. 1 carbon battery, as alkaline batteries will reduce the clock's service life. (Batteries are not included, so please purchase them separately.)

When adjusting the time, twist the dial from the back to the front direction, not in reverse. Avoid using your hands to directly manipulate the small steel piece to stop the blades, as this may affect the accuracy of the clock. Due to the soft material used for the blades, it is normal for them to become detached during transport due to falls or shocks. The blades can be reinstalled if this occurs.
